M. A. Jabbar

Dr. M.A. Jabbar is a professor in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He serves as the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) at Vardhaman College of Engineering, India. His work primarily focuses on advancing AI and ML, and his expertise have earned him numerous awards, including the Outstanding Leadership Award from IEEE Hyderabad Section, the Distinguished Contributor Award from the IEEE CS Chapter in 2021, etc. He has been honoured as one of the top 2% of scientists worldwide by Stanford University and Elsevier. His research interests include AI, ML, and their interdisciplinary applications. In addition to his research, he holds senior memberships in globally recognized professional organizations such as ACM and IEEE. His diverse roles in editorial and research capacities reflect his commitment to advancing computer science and its transformative applications.

Thinagaran Perumal

Dr. Thinagaran Perumal is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at University Putra Malaysia. He serves as the Head of the Department of Computer Science, and holds the position of Chair of the IEEE Consumer Technology Society Malaysia Chapter. His research focuses on Interoperability in Smart Homes and the Internet of Things (IoT), wearable computing, and cyber-physical systems. His notable contributions include the development of proactive IoT architectures, cognitive and semantic IoT frameworks for smart homes, and wearable technology for rehabilitation purposes. Furthermore, he actively contributes as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for prestigious IEEE conferences and serves as a reviewer for journals such as: IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Sensors Journal, and IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering.

Hongbo Jiang

Dr. Hongbo Jiang is a Distinguished Professor and Vice Dean of the College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering (CSEE) at Hunan University. He is also the director for the trusted systems and networking key laboratory of Hunan Province, and the director of Hunan international technical cooperation base of high performance computing and applications. He is an elected Member of Academia Europaea (MAE), Fellow of IET, Fellow of BCS, and Fellow of AAIA. Now his research focuses on Computer network, intelligent IoT,  mobile Internet, and industrial application of supercomputing and artificial intelligence integrated computing. He serves as the editorial board member for various IEEE and ACM Journals. Also, he has been guest editors for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Springer Mobile Networks and Applications.

Lu Leng

Dr. Lu Leng is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Software, Nanchang Hangkong University, and a member of the Academic Committee of the School. His main research directions include biometric (palm print, palm vein, facial and other modalities) recognition and authentication, biometric template protection, computer vision, etc. He is a postdoctoral researcher and visiting scholar at Yonsei University in South Korea, and has been a visiting scholar at West Virginia University in the United States. He is also one of the chief scientists and technical advisors of multiple companies. He serves as the editorial board member of international journals such as CSSE, JMIS, JDAAT, etc. Also, he is the reviewer of National Natural Science Foundation of China and over 100 international SCI journals.
