Prof. Keqin Li is a SUNY Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the State University of New York (New Paltz) and a National Distinguished Professor at Hunan University, China. His high-level academic honors include Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS Fellow), Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE Fellow), Fellow of the International Academy of Artificial Intelligence Sciences (AAIS Fellow), and Fellow of the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA Fellow). His research covers parallel and distributed computing, cloud/fog/mobile edge computing, energy-efficient computing and communications, IoT and cyber-physical systems, heterogeneous computing systems, big data computing, high-performance computing, computer architecture and networking, and machine learning. |

Ishfaq Ahmad |
Prof. Ishfaq Ahmad is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), where he also directs the Center for Advanced Computing Systems (CACS). He is an IEEE Fellow, elevated in 2008 for his pioneering contributions to scheduling techniques in parallel and distributed computing systems. Dr. Ahmad’s research is centered on parallel and distributed computing, with a focus on optimization algorithms, multimedia systems, video compression, and energy-aware sustainable computing. He is widely recognized for his work in scheduling, video coding, and the broader field of smart systems. |

Ljiljana Trajkovic |
Ljiljana Trajkovic is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. Dr. Trajkovic served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director, President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, and President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems. She is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society. She is a Fellow of the IEEE. |

Valentina Emilia Balas |
Valentina E. Balas is a Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She is a Senior Member of IEEE. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She has also worked on fault detection in reversible logic circuits and the use of resource-constrained embedded platforms for smart sensor applications. She is the Editor-in-Chief of IJAIP and IJCSysE journals in Inderscience, series editor for two book series in Elsevier, member in Editorial Board of several national and international journals and evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD Thesis. |

Yanan Sun is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Computer Science, Sichuan University. He has been selected for the National Youth Talent Program and serves as the Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center of Machine Learning and Industrial Intelligent Applications, Ministry of Education. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. His research focuses on the automated design of neural network models, with a strong emphasis on hardware-aware neural architecture search and automated machine learning. He is the author of two monographs: Evolutionary Deep Neural Architecture Search: Fundamentals, Methods, and Recent Advances (Springer Nature) and Automated Machine Learning (Science Press). |

Mário F. S. Ferreira |
Mário F. S. Ferreira is a Professor at the Physics Department of Aveiro University, Portugal. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the University of Essex, UK, performing experimental work on external cavity semiconductor lasers and nonlinear optical fiber amplifiers. His research interests have been concerned with the modelling and characterization of multi-section semiconductor lasers for coherent systems, quantum well lasers, optical fiber amplifiers and lasers, optical sensors, soliton propagation, polarization and nonlinear effects in optical fibers. He is a Fellow and a Travelling Lecturer of both OPTICA and SPIE—The International Society for Optics and Photonics, and a Member of IEEE. |

Dr. M.A.JABBAR is a Professor and Head of the Department of AI&ML at Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He has been teaching for more than 20 years. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Bio-Informatics, Cyber Security, and Machine Learning. He has published more than 50 papers in various journals and conferences. He has served as a technical committee member for more than 70 international conferences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Lifetime member of professional bodies such as the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA). He is serving as the Chair of the IEEE CS chapter, Hyderabad Section. |

Gordana Jovanovic Dolecek |
Gordana Jovanovic Dolecek joined the Institute INAOE, Department of Electronics, Puebla, Mexico, in 1995, where she works as a full professor. In 2024 she received the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society John Choma Education Award; in 2022 she was the recipient of the IEEE Puebla award “Mujer en Ciencia”, and in 2012 she received the Puebla State Award. She is a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences, the SNI of Mexico, and a Life Senior Member of the IEEE. Her research interests include digital signal processing (DSP), machine learning, and deep learning for DSP and digital communications. |

Yanfeng Jiang |
Yanfeng Jiang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Jiangnan University, China. He is an IEEE Senior Member and also holds senior memberships in the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the China Institute of Communications. His research focuses on VLSI design and characterization, semiconductor memory design (including MRAM, SRAM, and DRAM), novel integrated circuit design, and spintronic MTJ devices. He has led multiple national and provincial research projects, published over 200 papers, and authored more than 10 monographs and textbooks. He has received seven provincial/ministerial-level awards and has been recognized as a Beijing Outstanding Young Intellectual, a Beijing Science and Technology Nova, and a Ministry of Education New Century Excellent Talent (2008). |
